  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return journey is as quiet as our watches.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original artisanal packaging to protect its non-moving parts and aesthetic integrity during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
